The predicted salary is between 39000 - 52000 £ per year.
This is a newly created role with an independently owned, growing business. You will play a key role in producing accurate and timely management accounts across a group of companies, helping to ensure strong financial control and smooth month-end processes.
You’ll prepare monthly management accounts, complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee the purchase ledger, and ensure financial controls are adhered to. You’ll also be responsible for carrying out VAT returns, maintaining records to support budgeting, and assisting with audit file preparation.
Ideally, you will be a part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or AAT qualified with experience in a similar role. You will need:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
