What You'll Be Doing:

  • Business Development: Winning new clients and growing your desk.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Finding and securing top talent.
  • Account Management: Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
  • Post-Placement Care: Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
  • Marketing & Brand Growth: Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility.
