A specialist industrial services business — recently acquired — needs an experienced Financial Controller. Immediately. This is a sole charge role, short-term contract, up to three months.

You'll own the full finance function: management accounts, cash flow, VAT, payroll. The business runs on Xero. New ownership means fresh scrutiny on the numbers. They need someone who can walk in, get up to speed fast, and deliver clarity from day one.

You'll need:

  • FC-level experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering
  • Hands-on and self-sufficient — there's no team behind you
  • Comfortable on Xero
  • Available now
  • Hybrid — two days per week on-site in Brighouse.
