Job Description
Payroll Associate – Norwich – £29,000 – full-time or part-time – hybrid working.
This is a hands-on payroll processing role — running payrolls, not just the admin around them.
You'll manage a portfolio of end-to-end payrolls: calculating pro-rated pay, processing statutory payments (SMP/SPP/ShPP/SSP), applying Employment Allowance and Directors' NI, and managing auto-enrolment compliance.
Level is flexible — Associate or Senior Associate, depending on experience.
Part-time considered, c.25 hours.
What you'll need:
- Hands-on payroll processing experience
- Solid working knowledge of statutory pay, RTI, Employment Allowance, Directors' NI and auto-enrolment
- Confidence in Excel; BrightPay or Moneysoft experience a plus
- CIS knowledge a plus
What's on offer
- 35 hours/week (full-time) or part-time from 25 hours/4 days
- Monday–Friday, hybrid (2 office days after training)
