Job Description
Management Accountant – Basildon, Essex – £45,000–£55,000Are you ready to take ownership of your own business stream in a newly created role for a growing manufacturing business?As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering both management and financial accounts. You’ll be responsible for capex and fixed asset reporting, preparing reconciliations, tax packs, weekly flash reports, and monthly management packs.You’ll work closely with Finance Business Partners, supporting operational teams with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Your insight will help drive smarter decisions across production, supply chain, and logistics.This is a hands-on role in a complex, multi-entity business—so you’ll need to be confident working across functions, adaptable to change, and comfortable thinking on your feet.What you’ll bring:
- Strong financial and management accounting skills
