Based within a busy manufacturing business, you'll support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, costing, and performance insight — working closely with operations and procurement from the outset. It's a broad, hands-on role with strong commercial exposure, ideal if you enjoy variety and want to add real value during your time there.
You’ll prepare monthly management accounts with full variance analysis, deliver cost and margin analysis across products and customers, manage stock and WIP reconciliations, and support accruals and prepayments. You’ll also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, ERP improvement, and year-end audit support as required.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a manufacturing finance environment
- Strong management accounting, costing, and margin analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
This is an assignment that offers genuine operational exposure and the chance to contribute to a growing business in a meaningful way — not just a number-crunching exercise.
