Our established client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy accounts team based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is working towards their AAT, as they will be working closely with the Finance Manager across the day-to-day accounting activities of the business.
Duties:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Preparing accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month end reporting
- Working closely with the wider finance team and supporting with accounting activities
- Assist with credit control and building effective relationships with clients
Experience and qualifications:
- Part qualified or AAT qualified
- Proven finance or accountancy experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in month end processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Must be able to work on site Monday to Friday
