Role Overview
As a Trainee Property Consultant, you will begin your career in estate agency with full training and support. You will be responsible for supporting the branch in delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers, while learning all aspects of the sales process. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where attitude, ambition, and customer focus are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Incoming Enquiries: Register applicants, respond to property enquiries, and match buyers to suitable properties.
- Conduct Viewings: Arrange and carry out property viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience.
- Generate New Business: Identify opportunities to win new instructions, including canvassing and door knocking.
- Support Valuations: Assist senior team members with market appraisals and property listings.
- Negotiate Offers: Support negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, driven, and professional attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
