Role Overview:
We are on the search for a Property Valuer with a strong work ethic to join our established office in Ipswich – formerly Thompsons Estate Offices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong customer service focus, and a positive, upbeat attitude. The role will be responsible for conducting property valuations, securing new business, identifying business opportunities and working closely with the team to boost business revenue. This role will also include training and support should it be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate market appraisals and property valuations.
- Advise clients on maximising the sales price of their property.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Research market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Write detailed valuation reports and offer investment appraisals.
- Support the branch in achieving business growth targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A \”can do\” and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- At least 2+ years of estate agency experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
