Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for managing phone calls outside of branch hours and handling overflow calls when branches are busy. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Incoming Calls: Manage customer inquiries outside of regular branch hours and during peak times.
