Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager for our Ipswich location – formerly Thompsons Estate Offices, you will be pivotal in leading your team to achieve outstanding results and provide a customer-first service. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the local property market and your experience in property valuations to drive business growth and outpace the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Conduct property valuations and manage the listing and selling process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and the community.
- Identify business opportunities and take proactive steps to capitalise on them.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
