We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director who will be fully responsible for the development of the business and lead the next chapter of our growth and success.
As a commercially astute and inspiring leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new services and income streams, and delivering outstanding operational performance.
Just as importantly, you will bring exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to unite, motivate and develop teams, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and lead with authenticity, empathy and accountability.
We are looking for an individual who is a strong strategic thinker with ability to set and deliver organisational vision.
