About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced rugby coach looking to inspire the next generation of rugby players? Oakham School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Visiting Rugby Coach to join our Sports Department and help deliver high-quality rugby coaching during the Winter Term 2026 and Spring Term 2027.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 1 coaching qualification (or equivalent), have previous experience coaching young people, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for player development. Working as part of Oakham School's successful rugby programme, you will help develop players of all abilities, fostering technical skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong enjoyment of the game.
