We have an exciting opportunity with a leading care specialist who are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee their service in Bretby, Derbyshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to set up a brand-new children's service which prides itself on providing the highest level of care to children with learning disabilities, so experience within this client group would be highly desirable.

The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for

You will possess excellent leadership and team management skills to ensure you and your team work collaboratively and effectively.
- To be the Ofsted Registered Manager to deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to the current Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Knowledge of The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
- Knowledge of Children Act 2004, Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
- Working Together to Safeguard Children.
- To be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high-quality residential services to the young people and their families which improve outcomes.
Leadership and management of a team, ensuring that team members work effectively with the young people, families and all internal and partner agencies.
To carry out their statutory duties as determined, principally in relevant childcare legislation, children's homes regulations and standards.
