The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for: Motivating and inspiring your teams to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching and leadership by example.
Acting as a role model and leader in the delivery of active support, you will empower the people you support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.
Working collaboratively with the other members of the Service Leadership Team you will help to oversee and manage the smooth running of this service including rostering, support plans, staff deployment and managing budgets.

To be the Ofsted Registered Manager to deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to the current Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
Knowledge of The Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
Knowledge of Children Act 2004, Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
Working Together to Safeguard Children.
To be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high-quality residential services to the young people and their families which improve outcomes.
Leadership and management of a team, ensuring that team members work effectively with the young people, families and all internal and partner agencies.
To carry out their statutory duties as determined, principally in relevant childcare legislation, childrens homes regulations and standards.
To ensure that all services are planned and delivered in a way that maximises participation and reflects childrens rights in relation to services being provided.
The policies relevant to the specific Childrens Home, and monitoring responsibility of these for legislative change
