Oakfield Park School is seeking an experienced SENCO to provide strategic leadership for SEND across our multi-site provision for 11–19 year olds with complex needs. You will work with senior leaders, families and external agencies to ensure every student receives the support they need to flourish.
You will also serve as Designated Teacher for Looked after Children (CIC), creating PEPs and attending meetings, driving high-quality inclusive practice and continuous school improvement.
