We would like to offer the opportunity of a temp to perm Receptionist role in our busy growing Practice. Our Receptionists play a vital role in supporting our Clinicians and Patients during our Practice opening hours of 7am - 7pm.
As a Receptionist you will deliver an incredible Customer Service to all who enter the Practice. Responsibilities include:
- Rotate from patient facing front desk shift to call handler and admin shift
- Manage Patient and Reception waiting area
- Assist patients to move to our online services
- Liaise and support all Clinicians, Admin and Medicine team
- Adhere to confidentiality policies
Preferred office experience / customer service / NHS experience – not essential. Training will be given. Reception hours are 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday, shifts are based across these hours.
