Established in 1996, Oakfield is a leading independent estate agency across East Sussex, with branches in Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Lewes, Heathfield and Uckfield, plus a Head Office in St Leonards. We provide Sales, Lettings and Block Management services and pride ourselves on one thing above all else: great people delivering outstanding results.

We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on winning instructions, leading from the front and delivering exceptional service. The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively winning and securing new property instructions
  • Overseeing negotiators to ensure proactive buyer activity
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality client feedback
  • Negotiating offers through to acceptance
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Referring clients for mortgage and conveyancing services
  • Reporting regularly to the Sales Director on performance
  • Attending Managers’ meetings and contributing ideas and insight
