The Role
Working within our Galley Accessory Division, you will play a key role in ensuring aircraft components are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and certifying a wide range of aircraft galley equipment and accessories, including:
- Coffee makers and beverage makers
- Water boilers and water heaters
- Ovens and steam ovens
- Taps and faucets
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Inspecting, overhauling, repairing and testing aircraft galley components
- Carrying out approved modifications where required
- Certifying completed work in accordance with customer requirements and aviation regulations
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, Part 145 requirements and quality standards
- Maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality and airworthiness
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding support to customers worldwide
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, detail-focused and committed to maintaining the highest standards within a regulated aviation environment.
- A recognised qualification in Engineering, Aviation, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance, Electronics or a related discipline
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work accurately within a regulated environment
- A proactive attitude and commitment to quality
- Previous experience as a Certifying Inspector within an approved Aircraft Component MRO environment
