Oakdown House Limited is seeking staff to share responsibility for personal care, promoting dignity and independence for residents within the home. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and housekeeping tasks, and participate in meetings and training to ensure high-quality care.
Role includes recording events, following policies, and taking a Keyworker role for assigned residents. On-call duties may occur about once a month, with shifts starting on time.
