The predicted salary is between 50000 - 50000 £ per year.

Location: Cardale Park, Harrogate. A hybrid working option is available but it’s important to us to have our team together on site for most of the week.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week although part time hours with a minimum of 30 hours per week across 4 days may be considered.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum FTE depending on experience.

The Role – What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical and support roles, from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build workforce and resourcing plans aligned to service demand, CQC and Ofsted requirements and budget.
  • Design and continuously improve attraction strategies, including job design, advertising and candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical roles.
  • Lead selection best practice and inclusive, values-based hiring decisions.
  • Own recruitment compliance, including safer recruitment, DBS, right-to-work and professional registration checks.
  • Support the HR Director in designing and building learning and development frameworks, and champion career pathways and internal mobility.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance, agency spend) via Employment Hero.
  • Own the new starter experience, ensuring a smooth, compliant onboarding for every new joiner.
  • Line-manage and develop a People Administrator, setting clear objectives and supporting their growth.
  • Ensure statutory and mandatory training compliance is tracked and reported for CQC and Ofsted purposes.

About You:

We are looking to recruit a proactive, hands-on resourcing professional with a strong track record in recruitment, ideally gained within health, social care or another regulated sector, who is confident building relationships at every level and has a genuine interest in helping people grow and develop.

Essential Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering an in-house resourcing service, ideally within health, social care or another regulated sector.
  • Strong track record of designing and delivering resourcing strategies that improve business outcomes.
  • Experience managing recruitment compliance requirements, including safer recruitment and DBS checks.
  • An interest in developing career development pathways and skills development programmes.
  • Experience line-managing and developing team members.

Desirable Experience:

  • Recruiting for clinical, healthcare or neurodevelopmental/psychological services roles.
  • Experience of delivering initiatives that support learning and development and internal career progression.
  • Understanding of CQC and/or Ofsted requirements relating to workforce, training and safer recruitment.
