Oakdale Group is seeking a People Partner to lead employee engagement and employee relations across the group. The role is based in Harrogate with hybrid working and includes a 37.5 hour week and a salary of up to £50,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engagement surveys
  • Policy development
  • Providing expert HR advice to managers
  • Ensuring fair processes in line with UK law and Acas guidance
