Oakdale Group is seeking a Transformation Partner to lead the end-to-end digital transformation of our assessment and therapy services, with a focus on accessible, efficient, and person-centred pathways aligned with NHS and Local Authority plans. You will drive horizon scanning, proof-of-concept and scalable deployment, including AI tools, across diverse services. You will collaborate with clinicians, administrators and partners to design, implement and optimise digital tools and workflows.
