Oakdale is seeking a People Administrator to be the operational and administrative backbone of our people data in Harrogate, with occasional travel to Oakdale sites and up to 2 days per week home working once established. The role supports payroll and HRIS data accuracy across the organisation.
You will own Employment Hero data, process lifecycle changes, and ensure GDPR-compliant documentation, while acting as the first point of contact for payroll questions. A hybrid working setup is available.
