Senior Business Development Manager

Oakburn Samuel are partnered with an established Steel Fabricator with ambitious growth plans.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a hunger for driving sales and generating new business.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Steel Fabrication and understand the requirements of the sector. They will also have a good network with Tier 1 contractors in the infrastructure space (ports & Harbors, rail etc).

On offer is a generous base salary plus bonus incentives that will take you clear of 6 figures.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort
• Plan strategically to assure project success

Qualifications

• 6+ years\’ of industry-related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
