Director of Business Development

Oakburn Samuel are partnered with a leading provider of Social Care services to Adults with Learning Disabilities.

Due to growth aspirations, they are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to help deliver their goals in growing the business.

The main focus will be developing new Supported Living services throughout the Northern and Midlands regions in England, so someone with contacts with commissioners and Housing providers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop Growth strategy
• Manage regional BDMs
• Provide business reviews to the board
• Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue and developing new services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
