Oakbank Care Home is a well established care home in Crieff, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Palliative and Respite care for up to 70 residents. As a Minibus Driver, you will support daily life by providing safe, reliable and comfortable transport for residents. You will help people attend activities, appointments and outings, supporting their wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You will ensure all journeys are carried out safely and efficiently, supporting passengers with care and consideration. A friendly and professional approach is key to creating a positive and reassuring experience for those travelling. Working as part of the wider team, you will help maintain a safe and well organised environment, ensuring all transport activities follow health and safety requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Experience driving larger vehicles is desirable but not essential
- A responsible, reliable and professional approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
