About The Venue: Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
Role Purpose: Join the team at Coda, the award-winning restaurant within the iconic Royal Albert Hall, and be part of delivering exceptional dining experiences in one of London's most prestigious venues. What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing outstanding table service and ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience
- Creating a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service in a busy restaurant environment
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail throughout service
- Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist guests with menu recommendations and enquiries
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a waiting, food service or hospitality role
- Essential hospitality experience with a strong customer focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and a confident command of English
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to remain calm, professional and organised in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
