About The Venue As the sister restaurant to our acclaimed Pilot’s Bar and Kitchen in T5, Co‑Pilots Bar and Kitchen serves an eclectic Brasserie menu featuring international favourites and British specials to hundreds of guests every day.

Role Purpose We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join us at Co‑Pilots Bar and Kitchen, Heathrow Terminal 4. Ideally you will have experience as a senior Waiter / Waitress or section leader within busy restaurants & bars; however, that gained from hotels or fast paced high street restaurants will also be suitable. Most importantly you will have the passion, etiquette and character to offer a warm and attentive experience that will be a highlight of our guests’ journey!
