About The Venue
OVG’s partnership with Stoke City Football Club marks a major step in enhancing the fan experience at the bet365 Stadium, with a clear focus on improving every aspect of matchday hospitality. Through a transformation of food and beverage outlets, OVG is working closely with the club to introduce new menu options, reduce wait times, and deliver faster, higher quality service across the stadium. Role Purpose
Join Stoke City Football Club's matchday team as a Hospitality Manager / Bar Manager, supporting premium hospitality areas and bars across the stadium. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional seeking flexible, casual work in a fast-paced and exciting matchday environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Hospitality Manager, Bar Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience working within busy hospitality, events, stadium, or retail environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- A positive, reliable, and hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading hospitality and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Overseeing the smooth operation of hospitality areas and licensed bars
- Managing team deployment, breaks, and service standards throughout events
- Resolving guest queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
Good to Know
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay
Contract type: Casual
Location: Bet 365 Stadium
Shifts: Flexible and scheduled around home matchdays and stadium events
Training: Full induction and ongoing support provided
