We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our brigade. Fenchurch is a contemporary dining destination located on level 37 of the Walkie-Talkie, blending stunning views of London with elevated menus, vibrant atmosphere and warm, approachable hospitality. Calling all talented Sous Chefs in the world of fine dining and elevated cuisine! We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team, assisting our Head Chef in running a fast-paced and bustling kitchen. As the leader of an 18-strong brigade, you'll have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and inspire our talented chefs. We’re seeking a Sous Chef who not only encourages excellence but also sets a high standard, serving as an aspirational role model for the team.
