Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces. An iconic venue like no other, RHC proudly delivers a range of luxury dining options and flawless service to our spectacular, three‑floor event venue and rooftop restaurant and bar experience.
Role Purpose
Up to £16.21 per hour (Minimum 30 hours a week). On‑the‑job training and development. We’re looking for a driven and personable coordinator to join our team, someone who loves connecting guests with exceptional experiences while maximising revenue across our venues. You’ll need strong communication skills and a consistently positive, guest focused attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all group restaurant and bar reservations through phone, email and booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
- Deliver friendly, efficient and engaging customer service to all guests enquiring about group bookings, ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact.
- Oversee the full group booking journey, including availability checks, proposals, confirmations, deposits, pre‑orders and final details.
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, bookings and client communications using designated booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Provide clear and informed guidance on group dining options, menus, packages, venue spaces and special event offerings.
