Role Purpose: Join one of London's most exciting dining destinations and take the next step in your hospitality management career. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a high performing team in a busy premium restaurant operation at the iconic Darwin Brasserie, Sky Garden.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and outstanding customer service.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a high-volume restaurant operation while maintaining premium hospitality standards.
- Coaching, training, and developing team members through performance management, succession planning, and ongoing support.
- Helping drive operational efficiency, team engagement, and commercial performance across the restaurant.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar hospitality management role.
- Strong operational knowledge within a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or premium dining environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Organised, proactive, and confident with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
