Role Purpose

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support our exciting growth plans and join our fabulous and fun team. This senior management role suits a strategic thinker with strong hospitality experience (restaurants, bars, hotels) who is equally comfortable influencing C‑suite stakeholders and driving hands‑on delivery. Candidates with bid/new-business experience are very welcome - hospitality sector expertise is essential. This role would be perfect for a creative, entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys building brands, launching events, nurturing relationships and communities, and delivering measurable commercial impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business wins by creating persuasive proposals and managing submissions.
  • Develop on‑brand, customer ready materials tailored to buyers and procurement needs.
  • Support integrated campaigns (digital, events, PR, outreach) to build pipeline in hospitality.
  • Maintain a robust marketing toolkit to boost speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Lead social growth, content, and partner marketing; manage agencies and external collaborators.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong marketing experience, proven track record in hospitality marketing (restaurants, hotels, leisure) preferred.
  • Experience owning new‑business or proposal processes for complex or high‑value contracts is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience aligning offers to procurement processes, pricing strategy and contract terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.

Good to Know

The role is based from our Rhubarb Head office in South West London, some travel will be required as part of this role.
