About the Venue Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Hospitality Technology Technician to join the Retail and Hospitality Technology team, reporting to the Head of Retail and Hospitality Technology. This is a senior individual contributor role with scope to lead on projects, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across EPOS and retail technology in OVG's UK and European venues.
The role is field-based and London-centred, with regular regional travel and occasional international deployment for venue openings, major events, or system launches. Day-to-day, the core hours are Monday to Friday, with planned out-of-hours and weekend availability required around event-day operations.
