From elegant lobbies and private green rooms to state-of-the-art facilities, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure our clients are given a flawless and memorable occasion!

Role Purpose

Lead the events offering at the iconic Town Hall, a striking Grade II listed venue reimagined for today's most innovative clients. Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality, this is a sales-driven, client-facing role for an experienced events professional who thrives in a dynamic, contemporary environment. You'll oversee a team of two Event Planners, working closely with Rhubarb's central operations and culinary teams to deliver exceptional corporate launches, receptions, gala dinners, and high profile functions in the venue's stunning Grand Ballroom and unique event spaces.

As a hands-on leader, you'll be at the forefront of client relationships, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings whilst mentoring and developing your team to deliver flawless execution. Your commercial acumen will drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities with forward-thinking organisations who value cutting edge design, creativity, and outstanding service. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for innovation, you'll ensure every event reflects the venue's bold, contemporary character.
