Role Purpose

We\’re looking for premium / hospitality assistants to help us deliver an unforgettable matchday experience at St Mary\’s stadium.

We\’re looking for people with great personality with hospitality experience to help us elevate match day hospitality at Southampton Football Club.

  • Premium Staff – Provide exceptional service in VIP Outlets
  • Team Leaders – Guide and support your colleagues
  • Head Bartenders – Lead our beverage operations with flair
  • Box Waiters – Deliver VIP service to out hospitality boxes
