Role Purpose
Step into the spotlight and play a leading role in delivering unforgettable experiences! We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Premium Account Manager to join our fast-paced and vibrant team in the live events industry.
As a key player in our client success team, you’ll be the face of our premium services – managing high-value accounts, forging strong relationships, and ensuring our clients receive first-class experiences at every touchpoint. From onboarding to retention and everything in between, your role will be crucial in driving satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Responsibilities
In this role you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of premium clients, guiding them through onboarding, delivering proactive support, and acting as their trusted advisor. You’ll be focused on ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues swiftly, and identifying opportunities to enhance their journey. By leveraging your insight and communication skills, you’ll play a key role in hitting retention targets, driving revenue, and creating memorable event experiences.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience + Benefits
