Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

We are now looking for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our purpose-built pastry kitchen working with a lovely team led by an incredible Executive Pastry Chef. As a Pastry Sous Chef you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, petit fours, muffins, afternoon teas and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine and advanced.
Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team of 7. We have a strong track record of developing and promoting our team - widespread opportunity is available for those who seek it.
