About the Venue
Role Purpose
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Partnerships Sales Manager to lead high-value new business activity and secure major brand partnerships.
In this role, you’ll own a pipeline of premium opportunities, shape compelling partnership propositions and close complex, long-term deals that drive revenue and enhance the fan experience. You’ll be a key external ambassador for Co-op Live, building relationships with senior stakeholders across brands and agencies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in partnership or sponsorship sales, ideally in live entertainment, sport or mediaA strong track record of originating and closing high-value commercial deals
- Experience managing complex sales processes end-to-end
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
- A confident, compelling pitch presenter and storyteller
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate brand needs into creative partnership solutions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, KORE)
- Flexibility to attend events, including evenings and weekends
