Role Purpose

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Office Manager to play a key role in powering the continued success of Co‑op Live. This is more than just an office role! You’ll be at the heart of the business, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while helping to shape an inclusive, engaging, and high‑performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • As the go‑to person for all office operations, you’ll lead on policies, procedures, and administration, keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You’ll collaborate across all departments, building strong relationships and creating an environment where people can thrive.
  • You’ll also provide dedicated support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and wider Executive Committee (EXCO), making this a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure at a senior level and truly make an impact.
