We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Event Day Stewards to help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests attending some of the biggest live music and entertainment events in the country.

As an Event Day Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all visitors attending events at Co-op Live. Acting as a visible and approachable presence, you'll provide excellent customer service while supporting the safe entry, movement, and exit of guests throughout the venue. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers unforgettable experiences for thousands of fans at every event.

• Welcoming guests and guiding them around the venue
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Supporting crowd safety
• Assisting visitors with information
• Monitoring designated areas
• Conducting safety checks
• Responding professionally to any incidents that arise

We're looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced event environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our guests. You'll be friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with visitors, with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will remain calm and professional under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll hold an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety, along with previous stewarding experience within a stadium, arena or similar venue. Possession of an SIA Licence is desirable.
