Venue Supervisor in London

At Rhubarb, we create exceptional experiences in some of London's most iconic venues. Based at Town Hall Spaces, you'll be part of a team delivering everything from high-profile corporate events and brand activations to private celebrations and large-scale hospitality experiences.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Back of House Supervisor to support the smooth delivery of events across the venue. This role sits primarily within the Back of House operation, ensuring all logistical, stock, cleaning and service support functions run seamlessly, while providing Front of House support when required.

No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting event set-ups across the venue.
• Coordinating deliveries and collections before, during and after events.
• Managing venue closedown procedures following events.
• Supporting weekly and monthly operational checks.
• Managing laundry and staff uniform processes.
• Monitoring and rotating beverage stock to maintain quality and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, events, catering or venue operations.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments.
• Good understanding of health & safety, food safety and operational best practice
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.
