Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. The Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces. An iconic venue like no other, RHC proudly deliver a range of luxury dining options and flawless service to our spectacular, three-floor event venue and rooftop restaurant and bar experience. Poised on level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden, Darwin Brasserie is a lively all-day dining location inspired by the very best of British. Laid back but with a spirited atmosphere spread across three services; We let the food and incredible view do the talking!

Role Purpose

Breakfast Chef - Iconic London Location - Sky Garden - £17.71 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and delivering high quality breakfast dishes to exceptional standards in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Supporting the morning service, ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast operation
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards at all times
  • Contributing to daily mise en place and ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service
  • Working shifts starting at 6:00am and finishing around 3:00pm

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or Demi Chef de Partie in a busy professional kitchen
  • Hospitality experience essential within a fast paced environment
  • Passion for fresh, high quality ingredients and creating exceptional breakfast dishes
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability and enthusiasm for early morning starts

Good to know:

You will earn up to £17.71 per hour while working at London's highest brasserie, alongside on the job training and development to support your progression. The role includes a paid meal allowance per shift and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of 35 chefs in a lively all day dining environment, with clear career growth pathways supported by a senior team who have progressed through the kitchen themselves. The position offers a consistent morning schedule, with shifts starting at 6:00am and finishing around 3:00pm.
