What You'll Be Doing
- Managing enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business across internal and external events
- Acting as the primary contact for event planning, coordinating functions from enquiry through to operational handover
- Building strong relationships with clients, members, and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding service
- Preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and detailed event briefs while maintaining accurate CRM records
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally within events, venue sales, or catering
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

This role pays up to £31,000 per annum.
