Role Purpose
Join the Sky Garden team as a Retail Assistant, delivering exceptional customer service in one of London’s most iconic destinations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced retail environment while working alongside a passionate and dynamic team. Based within our retail operation at Sky Garden Bars, you will help create memorable experiences for guests by providing outstanding service and showcasing our range of products.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail, customer service, hospitality, or visitor attraction environment preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a warm, friendly, and engaging service to all customers
- Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries
- Processing transactions accurately through the till system
- Maintaining exceptional standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and cleanliness throughout the retail space
Good to Know
