What you'll be doing
- Leading and motivating a team of up to 15 front-of-house employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Overseeing recruitment, training and team development.
- Building strong relationships with guests and handling feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step.
- Leadership experience within a premium restaurant
- A confident and charismatic leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a team.
- Commercially aware with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
