This is an exciting opportunity for a personable and guest focused Host to be part of one of London's most iconic dining destinations, delivering outstanding first impressions in a high volume, quality driven environment.
What you will be doing:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional approach, creating an exceptional first impression
- Managing reservations, guest arrivals, and seating plans to ensure smooth service flow
- Assisting with guest enquiries and providing knowledgeable information about the restaurant and venue
- Coordinating with the front-of-house team to maximise table management and guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area at all times
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Host, Receptionist, or in a customer facing hospitality role
- Outstanding communication and guest engagement skills
- Confident and charismatic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, high volume environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
This role pays up to £15.00 per hour and offers excellent benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
