We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is passionate about hospitality, has a genuine love for food and drink, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to design across a portfolio of beautiful restaurants and world-class hospitality accounts, supporting marketing activations, developing campaign identities, and acting as a brand guardian.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create engaging, on-brand visuals that elevate our restaurants, events, and hospitality concepts. From updating menus and brochures to designing campaign logos, concepts, and mood boards, you’ll support the wider marketing team in delivering best-in-class creative across both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day design contact across multiple sites, managing relationships, requests, and priorities - strong client-facing communication skills are as important as design ability.
- Update and design restaurant collateral, including menus, brochures, signage, and in-venue assets.
- Design creative visuals for marketing activations and campaigns, including logos, event branding, and social media content.
- Support concept development and mood boarding for new hospitality projects.
- Create professional presentations, templates, and documents for internal and external use.
- Manage and organise design assets, templates, and shared folders.
- Oversee print and production processes, liaising with suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design consistency across all outputs.
About You:
You’re a creative thinker with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality design. You’ll have the confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team player, delivering beautiful, effective design work that captures the spirit of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair - hospitality or lifestyle projects a plus.
- Experience in producing marketing collateral across print and digital platforms.
- Understanding of brand identity, with the ability to maintain consistency while adding creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a flair for typography and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of print production and processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- A genuine love for food, drink, and design.
