Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be providing food for our restaurant, bars and food kiosks at 22B. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be cooking up a range of fresh, healthy and vibrant dishes with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases rhubarb’s signature creativity, whether fresh, clean plated lunch/dinner or Asian style street food. The ideal Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. If you’ve worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we’d love to hear from you too. You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.
